Fast, professional, and reasonably priced work. I'm very impressed with the work and the clean-up done when we had to have a tree removed. Even after the chipping was done they cleaned the blow over off the street. I'm scheduling them to help with our other trees. Hercules Tree Service was recommended to us by word of mouth. We needed some branches trimmed from a cluster of huge eucalyptus trees. Hercules Tree Service gave us the most competitive quote. Rich came out and gave us an estimate the day after we called. His personable and easy going demeanor was refreshing. He was very honest and straightforward about what the job would entail and how much it would cost. The work was scheduled and completed the very next week. The crew were all very friendly and efficient. It was actually enjoyable to watch them in action. One of our fence's sustained some minor damage from a stray branch. They immediately accepted responsibility and completed repairs shortly after. The repair is super solid and the fence operates as if nothing ever happened. I am truly grateful for professionals like these who are able to perform jobs that are beyond our own capabilities. At 5am on Monday the 9th of January, our 40' pine fell between my house and the neighbor's. It sounded like an earthquake!! I called Hercules Tree Service around 5:30am and they came with a crew and chopped up and hauled it away in no time flat! They tarped our roof to prevent water damage and when they left, you'd almost never know a tree had been there. Rich was amazing...he even took pictures for our insurance claims. A zillion thanks to Rich and his crew for coming out in the early morning rain to take care of our property!

Rich was very friendly and super responsive. He came out to provide an estimate and followed up with a quote within an hours. We agreed to the quote and the crew was out later that day!
